Can I Send Custom Models to be Printed?

Yes, absolutely! We welcome custom model submissions for printing. Simply provide us with your design, and we'll work with you to bring your creation to life with our high-quality 3D printing services.

Can you make multi-colored prints?

Currently, we are unable to create multi-colored prints in a single run. However, if your model consists of two separate parts and you'd like them in different colors, we can accommodate that. We are actively working on expanding our capacity to offer more multi-color printing options in the future.

How long will my order take to ship?

The shipping time for your order depends on the number of orders ahead of you, as we process them in the order they are completed. Additionally, the time of year can affect shipping times, with the holiday season typically being busier for us. We recommend allowing extra time during these periods. As a general rule, we strive to ship orders within 1 week of being placed.

What file formats do you accept for Custom Models?

We accept a variety of file formats for custom models, including STL, OBJ, and 3MF. If you’re unsure about your file type, feel free to reach out!

What if I receive a Damaged Product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Do you Allow refunds/exchanges?

We stand by the quality of our prints. If you're not satisfied with your order due to a production issue, please reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you Accept Bulk Orders?

Yes, we are happy to accept bulk orders! Please contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll provide you with a quote, as a reminder larger orders requiring more than 25 models usually will have delayed shipping time.
